Save the date; this year’s Hillsborough Fun Run will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2017! The event is held at North Hillsborough Elementary, and consists of three races: The 2K Lakas Shimizu Memorial, 5K Run/Walk and 10K Challenge, which all celebrate our wonderful community and welcome participants of all levels. After the run, families and friends gather on the school field to enjoy a pancake breakfast, fun field activities, and an awards ceremony. Medals are given to the top 3 male and female finishers in specified age divisions. (Here are the 2016 5k Race Results, and 10k Race Results, and amazing action shots.) It is a great time to exercise, celebrate the end of the school year, and support our Hillsborough public schools.
