Board of Directors
The Hillsborough Schools Foundation Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of parent volunteers selected through an annual nominating process. The Board has the responsibility of overseeing the Annual Giving Campaign, Events, Allocations, Endowment, Investments, Communications, Governance, Strategic Direction, and Strategic Partners. The BOD together with the District Superintendent and the Board of Trustees representative meet on a monthly basis to review fund raising initiatives and status as articulated in our annual goals and objectives.
The Foundation is governed in accordance with by-laws and committee charters. Copies of any of these documents can be viewed at the HSF office.
