The Hillsborough Schools Foundation Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of parent volunteers selected through an annual nominating process. The Board has the responsibility of overseeing the Annual Giving Campaign, Events, Allocations, Endowment, Investments, Corporate & Event Sponsors, Community, Communications, Governance, and Strategic Direction. The BOD, together with the District Superintendent and the Board of Trustees representative, meet every month to review fundraising initiatives and status as articulated in our annual goals and objectives.

The Foundation is governed per by-laws and committee charters. Copies of any of these documents can be viewed at the HSF office.
